Are you a property owner and would like to offer your accommodation to our students?
The AHLOET association aims to provide high-quality, certified accommodation specifically for students.
It is now the primary point of contact for advertising accommodation to the 12,000 students at member institutions: University, ENSM, EM Normandie, Sciences Po, IFEN, INSA, ESADHaR, St Jo and Jeanne d'Arc. Your advertisements will be posted on our website and on the websites of member institutions.
We visit each property and award the ‘Student Accommodation Quality Label’ based on an overall assessment of the accommodation.
A contribution of €25 per year per certified property will be requested.
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) must be obtained before certification can be granted.
The association advertises its accommodation offers online via its website and welcomes landlords and students at ENSM, 10 quai Frissard and on 06.86.40.22.94.
