Conseil d'administration

In 2010, the City of Le Havre, now represented by the Le Havre Seine Métropole Community, the University, EMNormandie, ENSM, Sciences Po, INSA and IFEN, came together to create an association capable of addressing the difficulties encountered by students looking for accommodation: AHLOET (Association Havraise pour le LOgement ETudiant). The main objective is to facilitate the integration of students into the city by providing them with easy access to quality housing.
